Charitable objects
A) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE PROVISION AND CONDUCT IN OR NEAR REPTON OF INDEPENDENT DAY AND BOARDING SCHOOLS FOR BOYS OR BOYS AND GIRLS AND THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF BOYS AND GIRLS.
B) SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS IN THIS SCHEME CONCERNING DISPOSAL AND REPLACEMENT SUCH LAND AS IS PERMANENT ENDOWMENT MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEE FOR USE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY.
