THE TALLIS CHORAL FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TO ADVANCE THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR THE ART AND EDUCATION OF MUSIC, BY (WITHOUT LIMITATION): A) PROMOTING, PERFORMING, AND COMMISSIONING MUSIC, IN PARTICULAR CHORAL AND INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC; B) IMPROVING PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF MUSIC THROUGH CONCERTS, WORKSHOPS, LECTURES, RECORDINGS, AND EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH; C) SUPPORTING AND DEVELOPING MUSICIANS, ESPECIALLY EMERGING ARTISTS, THROUGH TRAINING, MENTORING, THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND BURSARIES AND PROVIDING PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES.
