THE GOVERNORS SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF EARDISLAND.
