THE OBJECT[S] OF THE CIO [ARE] FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF STRAY, ABANDONED AND UNWANTED CATS AND KITTENS IN HERTFORDSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE RESCUE AND REHOUSING OF SUCH ANIMALS AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND PROMOTION OF NEUTERING OF DOMESTIC PET CATS AND FERAL CATS .TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE CARING AND KEEPING OF DOMESTIC CATS. FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF PET OWNERS IN HERTFORDSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE UNABLE TO FEED DOMESTIC ANIMALS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BY THE PROVISION OF FOOD FOR CATS AND KITTENS.
