1. 1/4 OF THE INCOME FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTSOF THE PARISH OF NEWBIGGIN. 2. THE RESIDUE OF THE INCOME IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH.
