(1) THE CHARITYãS OBJECTS ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF BOYS AND GIRLS BY THE PROVISION OF A DAY OR DAY AND BOARDING SCHOOL IN OR NEAR BARNARD CASTLE, COUNTY, DURHAM AND TO GIVE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN THE SCHOOL IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES. (2) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE OF THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEE FOR USE FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY.
