MAINTENANCE OF EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT THE UNIVERSITIES OF OXFORD AND CAMBRIDGE BY BOYS WHO HAVE BEEN EDUCATED AT SCHOOLS IN THE CITIES OF DURHAM AND NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO SUCH BOYS WHO HAVE BEEN ATTENDING FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS DURHAM SCHOOL AND THE NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE ROYAL GRAMMAR SCHOOL.
