(THIS RELATES TO THE INCOME OF THE FUND KNOWN AS THE CHARITY OF WILLIAM ESSINGTON ESSINGTON.) PROVISION OF SPECIAL BENEFITS, AS ABOVE, FOR ANY COUNTY OR VOLUNTARY PRIMARY SCHOOL IN THE PARISH OF ROCK. PROVISION OF OTHER EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS TO PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE, BY WAY OF SCHOLARSHIPS, GRANTS, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, CLOTHING, TOOLS, BOOKS, ETC., TO ASSIST IN PREPARING FOR OR TO ENTER A PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING.
