IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING FOR STOURPORT-ON-SEVERN HIGH SCHOOL OR ANY OTHER SCHOOL IN OR SUBSTANTIALLY SERVING THE AREA OF BENEFIT SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE SCHOOL GOVERNORS AND THE TRUSTEES AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS OF UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
