Charitable objects
(1) IN MAKING PAYMENTS SO FAR AS MAY BE REQUISITE TO THE GOVERNORS OF THE COLLEGE TO BE APPLIED BY THE SAID GOVERNORS IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1988 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE COLLEGE (2) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING FOR THE COLLEGE SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OR THE COLLEGE AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY (3) IN PROMOTING IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS ATTENDING THE COLLEGE (4) IN PROMOTING IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO HAVE ATTENDED THE COLLEGE.
