PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. 4. PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO HAVE ATTENDED THE SCHOOL AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
