1) TO PROVIDE SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ANY SCHOOL IN THE PARISH OF FLEET. 2) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE RESIDENT OR WHO HAVE A PARENT OR PARENTS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF FLEET.
