A) FINANCIAL GRANTS TO ASSIST PUPILS AND STUDENTS TO STUDY AND TAKE PART IN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AT SCHOOL, COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY (OR ANY SIMILAR INSTITUTION), OR TO STUDY AND TAKE PART IN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THOSE INSTITUTIONS. B) BY MAKING FINANCIAL GRANTS TO ASSIST PUPILS, STUDENTS AND YOUNG PEOPLE TO TAKE PART IN CLASSES OR OTHER ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE SCHOOL, COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY (OR ANY SIMILAR INSTITUTION), WHEN THE CLASSES OR ACTIVITIES ARE BROADLY EDUCATIONAL IN NATURE, OR WHEN THEY PROMOTE SOCIAL OR PHYSICAL WELL-BEING.
