Charitable objects
SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES AFORESAID THE MANAGING TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- 1) IN MAKING PAYMENTS SO FAR AS MAY BE REQUISITE TO THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL TO BE APPLIED IN DISCHARGING THERE OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1988 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL. 2) PROVIDING FOR THE SCHOOL SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
