BENEFIT OF BOYS AND GIRLS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA BY ELEMENTARY, MAKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR ATTENDING TO THE HEALTH OR PHYSICAL CONDITION OF THOSE ATTENDING PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS AND IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THEIR EDUCATION.
