TO PAY THE EXPENSES OF THE WITHAM-ON-THE-HILL CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL REQUIRED TO BE MET BY THE MANAGERS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944-53, AND TO PROVIDE EXHIBITIONS FOR FURTHER EDUCATION, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF BOYS AND GIRLS OF THE PARISH.
