Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL HEALTH OF YOUNG PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE AGED 15 TO 30 YEARS LIVING IN ENGLAND AND INDIA, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, BY: (I) RAISING AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES; (II) PROVIDING AND SUPPORTING EDUCATION, INFORMATION AND RESOURCES RELATING TO MENTAL WELLBEING; (III) SIGNPOSTING AND FACILITATING ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY-BASED MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT SERVICES; AND (IV) SUPPORTING ORGANISATIONS AND INITIATIVES THAT PROMOTE POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
