INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN THE MAKING OF AWARDS BY MEANS OF SCHOLARSHIP OR GRANTS, WITH THE OBJECT OF PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS OF EITHER SEX WHO ARE OR HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS AT ANY TIME BEEN ATTENDING PRIMARY OR SECONDARY SCHOOLS OR COLLEGES OF FURTHER EDUCATION IN LOUGHBOROUGH AND WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE GOVERNORS, ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, WITH A FIRST PREFERENCE FOR THOSE WHO ARE STUDYING, OR PROPOSING TO STUDY ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING.
