SUPPLEMENTING THE PRIZES BY GRANTS OF MONEY TO THE PRIZE-WINNERS IN DEVELOPING THEIR PARTICULAR INTEREST TALENT, NATURAL ABILITY OR BENT, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN SPECIFIED CONDITIONS.
