5.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO ADVANCE SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT AND (SAVE FOR PURPOSES INCIDENTAL AND ANCILLARY TO THESE OBJECTS), NO OTHER PURPOSES. 5.2 THIS ARTICLE 5 MAY BE AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION BUT ONLY WITH THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE COMMISSION.
