ADVANCE THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, MENTAL DISABILITIES, PHYSICAL DISABILITIES, OR SUFFERING WITH MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILL-HEALTH; 2.
