Charitable objects
NET YEARLY INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PERSONS OF EITHER SEX WHO (OR WHOSE PARENTS OR ONE OR OTHER OF THEM) ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE PARISH OF KEGWORTH, LEICESTER WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS AND WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE(SUCH PERSONS BEING HEREWITH REFERED TO AS BENEFICIARIES) IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:A)AWARD TO THE BENEFICIARIES OF EXHIBITIONS OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY SECONDARY SCHOOL, COLLEGE OF EDUCATION ,UNIVERSITY OR OTHER INSTITUTION OF FURTHER (INCLUDING PROFESSIONS AND TECHNICAL ) EDUCATION APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES. B)PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS TO HELP BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TO PREPARE FOR OR TO ENTER A PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING; C) PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO TRAVEL, WHETHER IN THIS COUNTRY OR ABROAD, TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION; D) PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ANY CHARITABLE ORGANISATION IN OR IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF THE PARISH OF KEGWORTH, THE OBJECTS OF WHICH ARE DIRECTED TO ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF ,OR IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE BENEFICIARIES BY DEVELOPING THEIR PHYSICAL ,MENTAL AND MORAL CAPACITIES THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES E) OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF THE BENEFICIARIES.
