EXPENSES OF EQUIPMENT, MAINTENANCE, KIT AND TRAVELLING EXPENSES, MEDICAL FEES, HOLIDAY MAINTENANCE, AND OTHER EXPENSES INCURRED OR TO BE INCURRED IN SENDING BOYS RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF LEICESTER FOR TRAINING TO THE NAVAL SCHOOL TRAINING SHIP "MERCURY" IN THE HAMBLE RIVER NEAR SOUTHAMPTON OR OTHER NAVAL TRAINING SHIP, SCHOOL OR INSTITUTION IN WHICH PROVISION IS MADE FOR THE RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTON OF BOYS IN THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND RECOGNISED BY THE BOARD OF ADMIRALTY FOR THE TRAINING OF BOYS FOR THE ROYAL NAVY AND FOR THE MERCANTILE MARINE.
