THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF BOYS AND GIRLS AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE A VOLUNTARY CONTROLLED SECONDARY SCHOOL OR AN ACADEMY WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE ACADEMIES ACT 2010 FOR BOYS AND GIRLS IN OR NEAR MORPETH.
