THE AWARD OF EXHIBITIONS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION BOTH IN THE URBAN DISTRICTS OF SPRINGHEAD AND SADDLEWORTH AND THE YORKSHIRE WARD OF THE BOROUGH OF MOSSLEY.
