Charitable objects

1. ASSISTING THE GOVERNORS FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE SOUTH WILFORD ENDOWED CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL TO DEFRAY THE COST OF MEETING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACT 1944 TO 1985 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL. 2. IN PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION AT THE SCHOOL OF SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BYTHE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE GOVERNORS AND THE SCHOOL GOVERNORS. 3. IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE A PARENT OR PARENTS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF WILFORD WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
