Charitable objects
(A) IN PROVIDING FOR THE SCHOOL SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY DIRECTLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY OR, WHERE CONTROL OF THE SCHOOL BUDGET HAS BEEN DELEGATED TO THE HEADMASTER OF THE SCHOOL, OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED FOR IN THE SCHOOL BUDGET AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL. (B) IN PROMOTING IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT, THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, AND WHO ARE EITHER PUPILS OR FORMER OF THE SCHOOL, OR PERSON RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF WHITCHURCH URBAN.
