Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A VILLAGE HALL, RECREATIONAL GROUND AND FACILITIES ANCILLARY THERETO FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARRISH OF SILVERSTONE AND THE VILLAGES IN THE SURROUNDING AREA (HEREINAFTER CALLED ‘THE AREA OF BENEFIT’) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. THE LAND OCCUPIED BY THE CHARITY SHALL BE HELD FOR THE EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE OF A VILLAGE HALL, RECREATION GROUND AND FACIL;ITIES ANCILLARY THERETO AS AFORESAID.
