Charitable objects
(A) IN PROVIDING FOR ANY SCHOOL IN THE PARISH OF HARTSHILL SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE SCHOOL GOVERNORS OR MANAGERS AND THE TRUSTEES AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. (B) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO HAVE RESIDED OR WHOSE PARENT OR PARENTS HAVE RESIDE IN THE SAID PARISH FOR NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS.
