TO ORGANISE TOURS (INCUDING CRUISES BY SEA) FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN, SUCH TOURS TO BE ARRANGED AT THE DISCREATION OF THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL AND TO BE DESIGNED TO SUPPLEMENT AND ADAVNCE THE EDUCATION OF SCHOOL CHILDREN.
