THE PROVISION OF LEAVING SCHOLARSHIPS FOR GIRLS WHO HAVE BEEN EDUCATED AT THE NUNEATON GIRLS' HIGH SCHOOL AND WHOSE PARENTS HAVE RESIDED IN THE BOROUGH OF NUNEATON FOR AT LEAST THREE YEARS IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE GRANTING OF A SCHOLARSHIP. IF THE INCOME CANNOT BE SUITABLY AND EFFECTIVELY APPLIED AS ABOVE IT SHALL BE APPLIED IN PROVIDING SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE SCHOOL (OR ANY SCHOOL SUBSTITUTED THEREFOR) AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES; AND IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PUPILS WHO ARE ATTENDING OR HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS ATTENDED THE SAID SCHOOL (OR ANY SCHOOL SUBSTITUTED THEREFOR) AND WHO, IN THE OPNION OF THE TRUSTEES, AREA IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
