A SCHOLARSHIP OR SCHOLARSHIPS FORTHE BENEFIT OF BOYS AND OR GIRLS RESIDING IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA AND WHO HAVE ATTENDED A SCHOOL WITHIN THE BOROUGH AND HAVE ATTAINED THE AGE OF SEVENTEED YEARS BUT NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF TWENTY ONE YEARS.
