THE PROVISION OF STRUCTURED TUITION, THE DELIVERY OF PUBLIC WORKSHOPS, AND EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH WITHIN LOCAL SCHOOLS. 3. A PROGRESSIVE STRUCTURE OF BANDS, ENABLING INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES AND ABILITIES TO LEARN, DEVELOP AND PARTICIPATE IN BRASS BANDING.
