A) THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE FOR HIGHER EDUCATION BY MEANS OF EXHIBITIONS EACH CONSISTING OF EITHER A PAYMENT OF THE TUITION FEES PAYABLE AT THE SCHOOL AT WHICH IT IS HELD OR A YEARLY PAYMENT BY WAY OF A MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCE TENABLE AT ANY PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOL. B) EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY, UNIVERSITY COLLEGE, TRAINING COLLEGE FOR PERSONS INTENDING TO ENTER THE TEACHING PROFESSION, OR OTHER LIKE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER (INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL OR TECHNICAL) INSTRUCTION.
