TO PROVIDE GRATUITOUSLY FOR ALL JEWISH BOYS, GIRLS, YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN A HEBREW AND JEWISH EDUCATION IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES AND PRICTICES OF ORTHODOX JUDAISM. THE PROVISION OF PRIZES SCHOLARSHIPS BURSARIES AND MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES.
