TO PROVIDE FOR STUDENTS OF EITHER SEX AND OF ANY AGE EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS IN ADDITION TO OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH OR SUBSTITUTION FOR ANY AVAILABLE EDUATIONAL FACILITIES PROVIDED BY THE STATE OR OUT OF PUBLIC FUNDS. THE BENEFITS SHALL BE CONFINED TO STUDENTS BORN IN YORKSHIRE OR OF PARENTS ONE OF WHOM WAS BORN IN YORKSHIRE.
