Charitable objects
1) TO PROVIDE ú200 (OR SUCH OTHER SUM AS THE COMMISSIONERS FROM TIME TO TIME APPROVE) FOR BENEFITS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY TO THORNE GRAMMAR SCHOOL. 2) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE TOWN OF THORNE OR THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.(FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 27 OF SCHEME)
