TO TAKE OVER THE SCHOOL KNOWN AS BELMONT-BIRKLANDS SCHOOL, HARROGATE AND TO CARRY ON THE SCHOOL AND TO DO ALL SUCH OTHER THINGS AS ARE NECESSARY THERTO. 3. TO ACQUIRE AND CARRY ON IN THE UNITED KINGDOM ANY OTHER SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS FOR THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN.
