FOR NECESSITOUS PERSONS WHO ARE LESS THAN 25 YEARS OLD AND WHO ARE A) RESIDENT IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE RURAL DISTRICT OF REETH AND THE CIVIL PARISHES OF DOWNHOLME, STAINTON, MARSKE AND WALBURN OR B) MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY OF FRIENDS AND RESIDENT IN THE DISTRICT OF THE RICHMOND MONTHLY MEETING OF THE SOCIETY
