1) TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR ORDINANDS IN THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. 2) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED AS AFORESAID TO APPLY THE SAME EITHER IN PROVIDING IN CASES OF NEED, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR ORDINANDS IN THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN TRAINING AND THEIR DEPENDANTS OR IN PROVIDING FURTHER TRAINING FOR CLERGYMEN OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND TO ENABLE THEM BETTER TO CARRY OUT THEIR DUTIES.
