PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO SUCH BOY AND GIRL IN EACH OF THE SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF THE COUNTY OF ANGLESEY MAINTAINED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS ARE ESTEEMED BY THEIR FELLOW PUPILS AT SUCH SCHOOL TO EXERT THE BEST INFLUENCE AND TO DISPLAY THE MOST OUTSTANDING QUALITIES OF LEADERSHIP AMONG THE PUPILS IN THAT SCHOOL.
