THE TRUSTEES SHALL OUT OF THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND PROVIDE AND PAY FOR SUCH EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES OR SERVICES INTEDED TO IMPROVE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING FACILITIES OF THE COLLEGE AS SHALL (BEING CHARITABLE PURPOSES) BE DETERMINED BY THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.
