TO RELIEVE THE HANDICAPPED PUPILS PRESENT AND PAST OF EXHALL GRANGE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THEIR GENERAL WELFARE, LEISURE, EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
