Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST SHALL BE TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BIRMINGHAM AND THE NEIGHBOURING DISTRICTS, PARTICULARLY MEMBERS OF THE POTHARI-HINKO COMMUNITY WHO ARE RESIDENT OR ARE LIVING THERIN; (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND WITHOUT PREDJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE AFORESAID SUCH, SHALL INCLUDE; (I) EDUCATION IN GOOD CITIZENSHIP IN A MULTI RACIAL SOCIETY WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS GROUPS AND ETHNIC MINORITIES; (II) EDUCATION IN THE POTHARI-HINKO LANGUAGE CULTURE AND HISTORY; (III) EDUCATION IN THE PRINCIPALS OF GOOD HEALTH. (B) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST IN SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITITONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
