A) THE RELIEF OF PREMATURE AND SICK NEWBORN BABIES IN PARTICULAR THOSE BORN IN WREXHAM MAELOR HOSPITAL BY ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PARENTS OF SUCH CHILDREN BY PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT FOR THOSE PERSONS. B) THE RELIEF OF SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL NEED BY THE PROVISION OF TRAVEL GRANTS.
