(A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF AGRICULTURE GENERALLY BY THE IMPROVEMENT OF STOCK, THE HOLDING OF EXHIBITIONS AND SUCH OTHER METHODS AS THE COUNCIL SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT. (B) THE SUPPORT, FINANCIALLY OR OTHERWISE, OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSITUTION, INSTITUTIONS, PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS THE SOCIETY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
