TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PERSONS IN PARTICULAR STUDENTS WHO ARE WORKING IN OR HOPE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT IN TE FIELDS OF HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL CARE, RECREATION AND RELATED LEISURE INDUSTRIES BY PROVIDING VOCATIONAL TRAINING.
