Charitable objects
(A) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST ON THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR ELDERLY PERSONS (PARICULARLY ELDERLY PERSONS BELONGING TO ETHNIC MINORITIES) RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF WALSALL WHO NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES AS AFORESAID BY THE REASON OF THEIR AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
