Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF MIDDLESBROUGH, THE BOROUGH OF REDCAR AND CLEVELAND AND THE BOROUGH OF STOCKTON ON TEES BY ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS OR SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT: A) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WELFARE CENTRE FOR SUCH PERSONS; B) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR SUCH PERSONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; C) THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR SUCH PERSONS. D) THE PROVISION OF ITEMS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR SUCH PERSONS.
