TO BE USED TO PROVIDE A FRENCH PRIZE OR PRIZES AND AT LEAST FOUR PRIZES (SUCH LATTER PRIZES TO BE INSCRIBED "THE W.M WILSON MEMORIAL PRIZE") ALL SUCH AFOREMENTIONED PRIZES TO BE AWARDED ANNUALLY TO SUCH STUDENTS OF THE CITY OF STOKE ON TRENT SIXTH FORM COLLEGE AS THE PRINCIPAL AND STAFF FOR THE TIME BEING NOMINATE.ANY INCOME REMAINING AFTER THE ADVANCEMENT AND BENEFIT OF SUCH EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OR OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION THINK FIT. IN THE EVENT OF DISAGREEMENT THE DECISION OF THE TRUSTEES SHALL BE FINAL.
